Welcome to PR Designs, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, https://prdesignsonline.com (the “Site”), and the purchase of our custom printing and design services, including orders placed through Etsy.

By accessing our Site, purchasing from our Etsy shop, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or interfere with the Site or our services.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion.

Services and Orders

PR Designs, LLC provides custom design and printing services. Because our products are customized, all orders are subject to approval and availability.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

All information you provide is accurate and complete

You have the legal right to use any images, logos, or content submitted

You approve all designs before final production

Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Etsy Orders and Platform-Specific Terms

Orders placed through Etsy are also subject to Etsy’s Terms of Use and Policies. In the event of a conflict between Etsy’s policies and these Terms & Conditions, Etsy’s policies will govern transactions conducted on the Etsy platform.

For Etsy orders, you acknowledge and agree that:

All communication regarding your order should be conducted through Etsy messages unless otherwise directed

Order details, customization requests, and shipping information must be accurate at checkout

Etsy may collect and process payments on our behalf

Etsy may provide limited customer information necessary to fulfill your order

PR Designs, LLC is not responsible for:

Etsy platform outages, payment processing issues, or account restrictions

Delays caused by Etsy system errors or policy enforcement

Actions taken by Etsy related to disputes, refunds, or account decisions

Design Proofs and Approval

Digital proofs may be provided prior to production. It is the customer’s responsibility to review proofs carefully for:

Spelling and grammar

Layout and design

Colors, sizing, and placement

Approval of a proof constitutes acceptance of the design “as is.” PR Designs, LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

If no proof is requested or required, production will proceed based on the information provided at checkout.

Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before production begins unless agreed upon in writing.

For Etsy orders:

Prices, taxes, and fees are displayed at checkout

Payments are processed by Etsy using their approved payment methods

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders due to inaccuracies or payment issues.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has started.

Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion if:

The item arrives damaged

There is a manufacturing defect

The product differs materially from the approved proof

Color variations may occur due to screen differences and printing processes and are not considered defects.

For Etsy purchases, refund and dispute requests must be submitted in accordance with Etsy’s case and resolution process.

Turnaround Time and Shipping

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

PR Designs, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Etsy system delays

Weather or natural events

Supply chain disruptions

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All original designs, content, graphics, and materials created by PR Designs, LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client-provided artwork remains the property of the client. By submitting artwork, you grant PR Designs, LLC a limited license to use it for:

Order fulfillment

Production

Portfolio or promotional display, unless you request otherwise in writing

You confirm that you have the legal right to use any content you submit and agree to indemnify PR Designs, LLC against any claims arising from unauthorized use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PR Designs, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or Etsy shop.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PR Designs, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:

Content or artwork you provide

Violation of these Terms & Conditions

Misuse of our services or Etsy platform

Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information, including information received through Etsy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
